If you can remember I’ve posted some photos of two baby squirrels,and after snapping those photos something popped up into my mind,to get some more use of the N82′s camera.With its Xenon flash and 30fps video capturing I thought of documenting those two fellas gradually as they grow both in Stills and Video.As their nest was accessible to me,I kept my eyes on it and I was able to get some good pics and some nice videos.Video quality of these are not the best that the N82′s camera can produce but with the available light conditions,and with the limited space to manure while having to grab the phone firmly,I think its fairly good enough with details.Also I had to keep my distance while taking pics and have to be careful,cos the power of Xenon flash is very bright and could have blinded them if I was too close to them.So here are the Photos and 2 Videos of them.The N82′s camera can do so many things that will take some time to discover,but I’m sure people with creative ideas will find this opportunity as a real delightful approach to mobile Photography and Mobile film making.And one more thing,I wonder what if there is a macro mode for the video too?
Note:And few days ago something went wrong,with the arrival of heavy rains, their mother was gone or probably killed by crows.Also only one orphaned baby survived,I did my best to nurture them but the other one died of the cold.So now I’m adopting the one escaped and he is well under my protection.I’m heart broken but,nature has it own rules so I’m happy to do what I can do for them.
